Save the Date! OERC Digitization Workshop- Oct. 6, 2017

Please save the date for our free fall workshop, “To Scan or Not to Scan: That is the Question”, to be held in Delaware, Ohio on October 6. We will be presenting on a new scanning feasibility tool developed by the OERC to help organizations better evaluate what types or records would benefit from digitization, and which would not. Student Travel Scholarships for “Your Seat at the Purchasing Table: A Records Management Point of View” Workshop

Travel Scholarships: Travel scholarships are being offered for graduate students enrolled in Ohio Public History or Library Science programs for the October 28th “Your Seat at the Purchasing Table: A Records Management Point of View” Workshop. The scholarships are based on round-trip mileage from the university and will be awarded at a rate of $0.40 to $0.52 per mile, depending on the number of applications received. Due to limited funds, one scholarship per university will be initially awarded on a first-come, first-served basis (additional scholarships may be available per university if the funds are available).
