  • Interviews/surveys of IT departments at state and local government levels (Dan, Dave)

June 2012:

  • Update existing GSAER (Janice, Dan, Dave)
  • Determine what new records series need to be included and draft retention schedules for them (Janice, Dan, Dave)
  • Historic Review (Fred, Jillian)

July 2012: 

  • Report to OhioERC (Pari)
  • Send out for external review and comment (Pari and Fred?)

August 2012: Revisions

October 2012: Approval by committee (Pari)

November 2012: Submit to DAS (Pari and Fred?)
